MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
100,000 square feet of covered production and storage set in 7 acres over two sites, comprising of a new purpose-built 56,000 square foot premise housing press-braking, heavier fabrication and finishing/assembly and a 44,000 square foot premise housing laser cutting, CNC punching and light fabrication.

DESIGN
We have a full in-house design capability based on many years' experience in subcontract fabrication, the design of personnel doors and security enclosures and the design of self-supporting galvanised structures and associated brackets.

The latest software and CAD/CAM design packages are used along with specialist structural design software. We design to all relevant British and European standards, and carry out in-house and external research, development and testing of the company's extensive product ranges and processes.

We are committed to achieving ISO 9001:2000 to formally cover our design processes and procedures.
