MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
Located in new purpose-built 56,000 square foot covered premises, housing laser cutting, press-braking, fabrication, powder coating and finishing/assembly .
- 2 laser cutting machines with capacity for mild steel up to 25mm thick, stainless steel up to 20mm thick and aluminium up to 12mm thick, with max bed size 4x2m and lights out automation
- 4 CNC press-braking machines with capacity up to 320 tonne with 4m bed
- Guillotine, drilling, cropping and sawing facilities
- Arc, sub-arc, MIG, TIG, spot and stud welding
- 25 welding bays
- 15 overhead gantries 0.5 tonne to 5 tonne
- Grinding, linishing & dressing facilities
- 22 metre wet paint booth
- Powder coating booth for industrial finishes
- Galvanising capability of up to 4.5 metre lengths overnight and 4.6 – 20 metre lengths on a 3 – 4 day turnaround (off site)
- A fleet of 6 vehicles covering the whole of the United Kingdom - 4 of them with hiab cranes

We have a full in-house design capability based on many years' experience in subcontract fabrication and the design of self-supporting galvanised structures, associated brackets and security enclosures
